People who use credit cards can ask for a refund or cancel a product if they think we didn't meet our promises to customers. They can use the following scenarios to do this:

Case 2: With Cancellation Charges

Between 46 and 60 days
User will get 50% of the money they paid back in their account in 72 Working Hours.
Case 3. Can't Ask for a Refund
Rs. 1999/-
After 60 Days,
Customer can't ask for refunds or to return or cancel their order.
People who use Discountelo's different gateways can see the terms and conditions (T&C) that are in this document as well as the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. It will also include references to this Agreement when it is changed, recorded, improved, changed, or replaced.
"Website/Site" or "www.discountelo.com" refers to all of the online platforms owned and run by Discountelo (Bizrato Biz Concepts (OPC) Pvt Ltd. These platforms give customers the ability to find and use coupons and deals, Shopping Coupons , and offers.
People who are "merchants," "dealers," Wholesalers, Manufacturers are people who sell, show, or make available to buy deals, coupons, or discounts on their own website and then deliver the items to customers.
This person or group is called a "client." This person or group is called a "client."
"Client/You/Your" refers to and includes you or any person or substance, including a Vendor/Seller/Merchant, who is using or getting to the services on this Site, and any person who accesses or benefits from this site of the Company to have, distribute, share, execute, show, or transfer data or sees other people who are also using the Site. It also refers to other people who are using the Site together with you.
The words "We," "Us," and "Our" mean the company.
"Item/s" refers to the products, services, and other things that appear on the Site and are available for use or sale.
To put it another way, this website or app is just a place where people can meet to do business with each other. Discountelo, on the other hand, acts as a go-between for this kind of deal. All business and legal terms are agreed to by both sellers and buyers. Without restriction, the business/legally binding terms include shipping costs, the date, time, the delivery process, and so on, all of which the seller has complete control over and may be able to change.
You agree, understand, and recognise that www.discountelo.com is an online platform, not an E-commerce platform. It allows customers to buy any of a carefully chosen list of deals, coupons, deals, and extra limits by using discounts. When a User chooses the best deal through the Website, they are then sent to the merchant's site or app where they can buy the items or talk to the merchant directly about the deal.
You also agree and understand that the website isn't involved in any deal or acquisition of goods or items, and it can't guarantee the quality or merchantability of the goods or items bought with the arrangements, coupons, or deals that you buy. This means that Discountelo is only there to help the Vendor/Seller and the Customer/Buyer exchange money. Discountelo is not and can't be in charge of any exchanges between the Vendor/Seller and Customer/Buyer. Discountelo will not be able or willing to help Users and Vendors work out their problems or disputes.
It won't be responsible for the actions or negligence on the part of vendors, sellers, or the people who make the products. Vendors, sellers, and the people who make the products will all be made responsible for any violations of terms, promises, or representations made by them. Discountelo doesn't sell or trade any items, and it doesn't guarantee that the Users will keep their promises about the transactions they make on this site.Discountelo also explicitly denies any promises or representations about the value, security, merchantability, qualification for a specific purpose, or legality of the items recorded and executed on this site.
If you use any of the services on this site, you agree that you are doing so at your own risk. You should use your best judgement before making any financial transactions.
It doesn't matter if Discountelo makes a mistake or if someone else does, because there is no risk for them or anyone else.
It won't be responsible if Users don't follow through on any agreements they make together.Before you make a request, you should look over the Deal. By requesting a Deal, you agree to be limited by the states of offer that are shown in the Deal's description, banner, image, or any other picture.
If a Deal/Coupon is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong information because of a typographical error in evaluating or in the content of Deal/Coupon data that we get from our channel partners or providers, Discountelo has the right to refuse or drop any requests for Deals/Coupons that have the wrong price or information. Even if your credit card has already been charged for the request, Discountelo has the right to refuse or drop it. Credit notes and refunds will be sent to the same account from which money was taken from your credit or Debit card.
In order to pay for deals, coupons, and shopping that you buy through our merchants' websites, Discountelo does not have an online payment gateway for shopping. There are many ways you can pay for things on our merchants' websites. You can pay with your debit or credit card, your bank account, cash on delivery, or any other payment method that the merchant allows you to do.
Only if you pay our merchant fee or join us as a "prime member" will we give you a payment gateway.
You agree, understand, and try to make sure that the credit/debit card information You give us to become a prime member or to become a paid merchant through the Website, either through the online gateway management system, will be correct, current, complete, and accurate. You will not use a credit/debit card, bank account, or other payment method that isn't legally yours. Discountelo will not share any of the information You gave us with anyone outside of Discountelo, unless it is legally required, a judge's order, or to help and finish the purchases you make. We will not be liable for any lost revenue, inconvenience, or mental distress caused by someone else using your id/password, credit card number, or account information in any way.
